Vouchers Terms & Conditions

Vouchers have no expiry date.

Your voucher features a unique reference ID code which must be visible to be redeemed in venue.

Please note, we do not accept advance reservations.

Vouchers must be redeemed at one time, no change or cash back will be given and no voucher for the difference will be issued. No photocopies, photographs or facsimiles will be accepted.

Vouchers may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and are non-transferable. Once initially redeemed any outstanding amounts cannot be transferred to a future visit.

Please check opening times on day of visit or feel free to message us to check venue will be open on proposed day of visit.

Voucher must be used by persons over 18 years of age only.

Prices shown for vouchers are inclusive of VAT at current rate (20%).

Postage and packaging is an additional cost and is subject to delivery method chosen. We only offer courier services via Evri, starting at £4 (Spring 2025).

Next day services are only available for delivery to UK addresses. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon are scheduled to arrive the next day subject to Evri. Orders placed after 12 noon will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday and are therefore scheduled to arrive the following Tuesday.

Voucher must be presented by the bearer on arrival at the venue. If not presented, an alternative method of payment will be required.
